Refund policy

Every NovuBurn order is protected by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you, we want returning it to be simple.

The 60-day guarantee

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team and we will refund the purchase price of the product, even if the bottles are empty. We ask only that you give the formula a fair, consistent run before deciding.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@novuburnofficial.com from the address used to place the order.
  2. Include your order number (from your confirmation email) and a brief note that you would like a refund.
  3. Our team will reply with a return authorisation and the return address. Please wait for this before sending anything back.

Returns & shipping

Return any unopened bottles along with opened or empty ones to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the return is the result of our error (for example a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend a tracked service so your parcel can be confirmed as received.

When you will be refunded

Once your return is received and inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.

Exclusions

This guarantee applies only to purchases made through this official website. Products bought from third-party marketplaces or resellers are not eligible, another reason to order directly here. The guarantee covers the cost of the product and is limited to one refunded order per customer for bulk-bundle abuse prevention.
